Refund Scenarios

1. Refund for Invoice Discrepancies

  • Email discrepancies to support@hostheaven.in within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
  • Verified cases may result in a credit note, infra credits, or a refund.
  • Refund to Source account in 7 Days

2. Refund for Service De-provisioning

  • Services remain active and billable until de-provisioning is requested and confirmed.
  • For self-service portal services, follow steps at https://hostheaven.in.
  • For manually provisioned services, email support@hostheaven.in with the de-provisioning date.
  • Refunds for unused periods are discretionary and exclude payment gateway fees.

3. Refund for Software Licenses

  • Monthly software license fees are non-refundable once used in a calendar month.
  • Refunds for unused future months can be requested via email.

4. Refund for Prepaid Infra Credits

  • Unused prepaid infra credits are refundable if requested within 90 days and the account is active.
  • Inactive accounts (no activity for 90 days) are not eligible for refunds.

5. TDS Refunds

Non-Refundable Scenarios

You are not entitled to a refund in the following cases:

  • Committed nodes or services with a fixed billing period.
  • Promotional benefits, free coupons, or payment gateway fees.
  • Outstanding balances in linked accounts or missing TDS certificates.
  • Violations of our TOS or other policies.

General

All refund requests must be emailed to support@hostheaven.in within the applicable timeline. Claims made beyond the stated timelines will not be considered.
